Review the information on criminal background clearance and determine if this will be an inhibiting factor in completing nursing education training.

Complete and submit an application to San Joaquin Delta College. Applications may be accessed on-line from the college home page at www.deltacollege.edu

Complete college assessment testing to determine placement in college courses. This may be waived if you are only taking this one course.

Obtain an application packet from the Health Sciences Division office, Locke 213.

Submit the application AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION to the Health Sciences Division office by the stated deadline.

The course code for enrollment into the program will be given upon submission of a completed application if space is available.

Enroll into Health Science 70.

Purchase course syllabi, textbooks, uniforms, etc.

Attend all classes.
